The Southland Agricultural Mechanics team placed 1^st out of 12 teams at regionals this past Friday. Team members were Alec Bissen placing 1^st individually, Brant Bissen placing also in the top 10 placing 3^rd and Karter Jax. 
The team had various areas to be knowledgeable about such as sprayers, small engines, construction, welding, cold metal, and electrical circuits. The team will move onto state competition on April 20^th in St. Paul.
