These Southland members participated in the chapter's annual corn drive this past November. The corn drive is done annually to raise money through donations of corn that FFA members collect. The corn is sold and then the proceeds go to Camp Courage for disabled children, the Adams area Food Shelf and the local FFA chapter. Students collected over 1143 bushels of corn in this one day. Students also received check donations during that day. The corn drive event that has been going on for more than 50 years in the Adams area. The chapter would like to thank all that donated for these causes and who support youth in agriculture at Southland.
