Southland Community Ed will be offering a 3-Hour Self-Defense Seminar

TIME: 9:30-12:30 pm
COST: $40/person (make checks payable to Southland Community Ed)
**Seminar includes: Tripod defense training method, spatial awareness training, basic striking skills, grab defense training and ground defense training. All participants will receive follow-up materials and certificates of completion!!
