This past Fall the Southland Agriculture program purchased two 3-d printers through Carl Perkins grant monies and the Rebel nation. Students in the 8th grade- 12th grade have been printing items using this new technology. Students in the Design and fabrication class are learning Solid works drafting software and are planning on designing and fabricating items on the 3-d printers. Pictured above a student is printing out of plastic a stretchable plastic bracelet. Students have the capabilities to print in red, white and grey colors.
