Southland Schools has openings for Substitute School-Aged Childcare (SAC) Assistants

Southland is looking to hire Substitute SAC assistants for the 20-21 school year and summer. During the school year, individuals would need to work mornings and/or afternoons.  Interested individuals can find applications on the district website under the Employment Opportunities tab. The positions will be posted until Friday, March 26.

Qualifications:

• 16 years of age or older.
• Enjoy being around and helping children.
• Willingness to assist the SAC supervisor.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and help in cleaning of SAC area.

• Ability to supervisor SAC Assistants.
• Successfully interacts with parents and students.
• Enjoy being around and helping children.
• Serves as the lead person.
• Contacts SAC Lead Supervisor as issues arise.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and help in cleaning of SAC area.
